Daphne Rosales

Daphne is a trilingual project manager (English, Spanish, French) with a proven track record in elections and public affairs. A University of Utah graduate, she earned a triple major in International Studies, French, and World Languages & Cultures, plus a Spanish minor.

With experience spanning 18 campaigns, Daphne has played a key role in races at every level of government, including gubernatorial and congressional races, as well as state legislative and school board races. With expertise in campaign management, seamless communication, and sharp analytical skills, Daphne plays a key role in delivering results for Election Hive’s clients.
